Senior Project Manager role at an award winning Brand experience agency. 

This role will be 80% on a Vape brand (so need to be comfortable with this) and 20% on a retail brand. 

This role is Hybrid working - 4 days in the office in London. 

About the Role


As a Project Lead, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of complex projects from start to finish. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, define and manage key deliverables, and ensure a strong return on investment—without overpromising on timelines or budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Delivery
  • Take full ownership of project outcomes, managing teams to deliver on time, on brief, and within budget.
  • Set up efficient workflows and ways of working tailored to each project.
  • Produce and maintain essential project documentation: timelines, status reports, budgets, contact and briefing documents.
  • Balance operational demands with creative needs to bring bold campaign visions to life.
Client Development
  • Build strong client relationships and industry networks through credibility and proactive engagement.
  • Seek opportunities to grow client accounts and showcase Avantgarde’s services.
  • Deliver added value through insights, service excellence, and commercial efficiency.
  • Support new business pitches and proposal development.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a clear and reliable point of contact for internal teams and third parties.
  • Ensure all communications and documentation are accurate, well-organized, and accessible.
  • Confidently brief creative, design, and production teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and approval processes.
Financial Oversight
  • Create and manage project budgets; approve smaller budgets independently.
  • Track financial performance weekly to ensure projects remain profitable and within scope.
  • Understand how to optimize gross profit without compromising client value.
  • Follow financial protocols, including securing purchase orders prior to major work starting.
  • Manage cash flow and communicate changes promptly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Track and protect project margins through disciplined time management and timely timesheet completion.
