Senior Project Manager – Brand Experience Agency (Events)
Full time - 4 days a week in the office 

As a Project Lead at Brand Experience Agency, you will take ownership of project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring success across timing, budget, and impact. You will lead cross-functional teams, define key deliverables, and maintain a strong focus on return on investment—without committing the agency to unrealistic timelines or financial expectations.
Key Responsibilities Project & Delivery Management
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams with full accountability for project outcomes.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring ROI is consistently met.
  • Establish clear and efficient ways of working across teams to meet project targets.
  • Oversee and/or create core project documentation including timing plans, status updates, contact reports, budgets, and briefing materials.
  • Balance creative ambition with operational execution, ensuring the original campaign vision is brought to life.
Client Development & Relationship Building
  • Actively grow client and industry relationships to support long-term business development.
  • Seek opportunities to showcase Brand Experience Agency's capabilities and introduce new service offerings.
  • Consistently look for ways to add value through innovation, service quality, and commercial efficiency.
  • Support pitch development and proposal writing for new and existing clients.
Collaboration & Creative Briefing
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal departments and third-party partners.
  • Ensure all communication and documentation are accurate, accessible, and archived appropriately.
  • Confidently brief and collaborate with creative, design, and artwork teams.
  • Understand and apply brand guidelines and navigate client approval processes with ease.
Financial & Commercial Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets from planning through to reconciliation.
  • Approve smaller-scale budgets and identify ways to improve gross profit without impacting client value.
  • Ensure proper financial processes are followed, including securing POs prior to commencing significant work.
  • Track spend against budget weekly and address variances proactively.
  • Demonstrate strong awareness of how time impacts profitability; complete and review timesheets regularly.
  • Understand project-related cash flow and communicate financial updates clearly and promptly.
