We’re looking for a motivated Senior Producer with deep expertise in delivering fast-paced, cross-channel creative production across digital, motion, display banners, social content, CGI, email, and integrated campaigns.
Working within a collaborative and dynamic team at a leading digital agency, this is a solutions-oriented, agile delivery partner role that requires a proactive, commercially aware, and digitally fluent individual. You’ll be the production lead ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality across all digital and content-driven outputs.
You’ll champion Agile methodologies to deliver engaging content across multiple platforms, acting as both a brand guardian and a team leader—working with product, strategy, and creative leads to produce best-in-class work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production of digital-first campaigns, from sprint planning to delivery—across content, CRM, social, CGI, animation, and display formats.
- Translate creative briefs into detailed project plans and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including creative, design, development, and media to bring concepts to life.
- Manage production partners, freelancers, and vendors across CGI, animation, and motion production pipelines.
- Ensure consistency and brand integrity across all output, regardless of channel or format.
- Build documentation, production toolkits, and agile processes to improve delivery standards and speed-to-market.
- Own budget scoping, timeline creation, and resource planning for each initiative—always balancing quality with commercial viability.
- Identify risks early and problem-solve in real-time to ensure seamless delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams to track project profitability, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience producing digital and content-rich campaigns across channels like email, social, CRM, display, video/motion, CGI, and animation.
- Solid understanding and application of Agile production methodologies, ideally within a creative agency or content studio.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to communicate complex delivery needs to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficient in managing multiple, fast-moving projects at once—balancing creative integrity with operational efficiency.
- Comfortable working with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and CRM/email systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets end-to-end—from initial scope through reconciliation.
- Strong commercial acumen with a drive to identify efficiencies and business growth opportunities.
