The Role:
As a Senior Integrated Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the successful execution of complex, global projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and reporting to the Delivery Director. You’ll be responsible for managing high-impact client campaigns and initiatives from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
We’re seeking a highly organized and solutions-oriented professional with a sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset. You understand internal workflows and know how to keep projects running smoothly—balancing creativity with operational efficiency to deliver outstanding results. You treat client resources with care and are skilled at navigating the balance between scope, timelines, and budgets.
Your leadership and communication skills will foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing project environment. You’ll be a key connector across disciplines—facilitating alignment, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the project team is set up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of multiple, concurrent global projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and status updates across all workstreams.
- Drive collaboration across teams including strategy, creative, media, and production, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, providing solutions and making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members to drive accountability and foster a positive project culture.
- Apply a deep understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape to inform project planning and execution.
- Ensure projects meet budget targets and contribute to overall business profitability.
- Support and mentor team members, promoting a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment and remain focused amid shifting priorities and changing requirements.
