We are looking for an exceptional Senior Designer to join the dynamic Design team at a leading Integrated Agency. Reporting directly to the Design Director, you’ll work across a diverse range of brand campaigns and creative projects.
You’re a highly conceptual thinker with a sharp eye for typography, composition, layout, and colour. You understand how to use design to move brands forward and aren’t afraid to push creative boundaries—whether working with global names or emerging brands.
Experience in motion design, animation, or editorial is a big plus, as is a curiosity-driven, experimental approach to personal design work.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver bold, creative ideas that elevate brands and shape standout campaigns
- Approach briefs with curiosity and a strategic eye, turning them into clear creative directions
- Maintain the highest standards of visual execution, with excellent attention to detail
- Be a champion for the brand, ensuring all work aligns with its values and goals
- Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, working both independently and collaboratively
- Partner with Studio, Strategy, and New Business teams to build compelling client presentations
- Present your work to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence
- Support and mentor team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-impact creative work across brand, advertising, and TTL campaigns
- Experience developing or evolving brand identities—from global brands to startups
- Ability to think and create across multiple media: print, digital, motion, and social
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects and Cinema 4D is a bonus
- Proven ability to originate and execute ideas across various touchpoints
- Passionate about design, creativity, and great storytelling
- Resilient and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, hands-on, and always pushing for creative excellence
- A natural collaborator with a positive, can-do mindset
- Able to lead, inspire, and build strong relationships across teams
