Fantastic opportunity to join an organised and structured Resource & Ops department.
  
You will be the ’heart’ of the creative department where you and your team will partner  with creatives, designers, strategists, copywriters, project managers and account managers etc.
  
You will work with an extensive and impressive client list, working with an award winning creative team!
  
You will be pivotal in making sure the right people are working on the right client briefs at all times.
  
Stakeholder management skills will be key, having a keen eye and passion for craft yourself to partner with ECDs to make the most innovative & creative work!
  
You will be given full autonomy to make the role your own, partnering with the wider SLT.  
  • September/ October start date ideally
  • £60k-£70k
  • 12 month fixed term contract
  • Hybrid working- Central London office
The role:
  • Manage the Resource management function and oversee the team.
  • Oversee all freelance spend and look at making cost savings and efficiencies where you can
  • Build out a talent pool of creative and design freelance talent
  • Always be on top of all staff capacity planning
  • Systems and process improvements – increase visibility and efficiency etc
  • Commercials and reporting including: tracking budgets/ forecasting/ utilisation reports/ burn reports etc
  • Line manage a small team and support their career growth
  • Manage any Creative and design conflicts across the business
  • Promote collaboration and resource sharing wherever possible
  • Partner with project management on resource needs and project scoping, avoiding scope creep
  • Advise on any permanent recruitment needs
  • Ensure productivity of the creative and design teams
The person:
  • Must have management experience (and enjoy it!)
  • Must have worked in a Creative/ Integrated/ Digital/ Social agency etc (ideally a network or global agency)
  • Must have extensive (strategic) resource management experience – ideally with cross-functional collaboration
  • Hands on, collaborative and approachable
  • Diplomatic and a good problem solver
  • Financially savvy, you will partner with the finance department
  • Used to working at pace and high volume
  • Very experienced with senior stake holder management
