Your job is to ensure all studio staff are working on the right projects, at the right time and within budget.
The more efficient you can make workflow- the more time they have to make groundbreaking work to make a real impact on global health and ultimately save lives!
This is a sole-charge role reporting into the MD, and you will partner closely with all other departments so this is a very sociable role!
- Circa £60k some flexibility depending on experience
- Hybrid working- 3 days in the office in Hertfordshire- parking available
- Develop your own resource planning strategy, ensuring efficiencies and commerciality
- Manage the day to day ‘hands on’ creative workflow of project managers, project coordinators and design teams
- Partner with senior leadership team to guide them on project pipeline and identify any gaps in skillsets
- Resolve any resource conflicts or bottle necks
- Maintain all resource management metrics and produce utilisation reports, capacity reports and highlight areas of risk
- Work with the HR and people team to inform recruitment strategy and support with staff onboarding
- Ensure that the best craft of work is delivered on time and to budget
- Always looking to improve systems efficiencies where you can
- Track resource with the finance department, being involved in SOW conversations
- Understand the team’s skill set, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
- Be on top of all projects to provide the correct resource and pipeline plan
- Run resource meetings and enforce process to ensure most efficient ways of working
- Conflict management when needed
- Continue to develop processes to adapt to a range of outputs, and project types.
- Must have previous experience in resource/ workflow management
- An interest in healthcare beneficial
- Experience using resource management tools- experience implementing them even better!
- Solid creative agency or healthcare agency experience ideally
- Used to a fast paced environment and ‘spinning lots of plates’
- Driven and passionate team player
- Strong problem solver
- Work effectively under pressure and deal with issues confidently and diplomatically
- Great organisation skill and attention to detail
- Approachable and personable
