An independent creative agency with a tight-knit core team and an expanding department are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of integrated campaigns. The agency is in a strong growth phase, with recent new business wins and a senior hire from a leading network agency.
This role reports into the Executive Producer and involves working closely with the founders of the business. You'll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects across print, digital, social, radio, event activations, and occasional shoots.
- Liaise with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) and external partners to ensure smooth workflow and delivery.
- Maintain timelines, budgets, and resourcing plans across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication throughout.
- Support scheduling, creative resourcing, and general project management needs across the agency.
- A few years of experience in a creative agency or production environment.
- Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and process.
- Able to work confidently across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused attitude.
- Experience in both delivery and creative/strategy resourcing is highly valued.
- Knowledge of production (e.g. shoots, post-production, radio) is a bonus but not required.
