About You:
- You're a conceptual team who love solving problems creatively
- You've worked across integrated campaigns, with some experience of working on CRM
- You have great craft skills - from headlines to layouts and storytelling
- You know how to adapt big ideas for different touchpoints and audiences
- You present confidently, collaborate naturally, and push to make the work better
- You're hungry to keep learning, growing, and creating work that stands out
- Creating bold, effective ideas that work across multiple channels - TV, digital, OOH, social, DM, CRM, and more
- Owning projects from concept through to execution, collaborating with CDs, designers, planners and producers
- Taking on a mix of client briefs - from big campaigns to smaller, day-to-day creative
- Ensuring the craft shines at every stage - whether it's a 30-second film or a customer email
- Presenting work internally and to clients with clarity and confidence
- Bringing ideas to the table proactively, and helping shape the creative culture
- A strong midweight portfolio that shows integrated thinking, smart ideas, and high-quality execution
- Knowledge of Creative Suite (and/or other relevant tools)
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- A collaborative attitude and a willingness to get stuck in across all types of briefs
