Senior Media Account Manager – Global B2B agency / London Hybrid
  
   
Leading B2B agency is looking for  a strategic, organised, and enthusiastic Senior Account Manager to join their dynamic media team. You’ll be working on a range of B2B accounts, taking the lead on client relationships, media strategy, and team management.

About the role
   
  • Build deep understanding of client goals, teams, and their MarTech ecosystems.
  • Provide strategic industry insights to guide client decision-making.
  • Lead a small team, setting standards, managing performance, and supporting growth (with HOD guidance).
  • Oversee media planning from brief to execution, collaborating with vendors, internal specialists, and clients mainly in the B2B space 
  • Own client communications – from calls and meetings to reporting and reviews.
  • Ensure accurate financial management, including revenue recognition and forecasting.
  
   
About you
  
  • Proven experience in a media planning role, delivering cross-channel campaigns (social, programmatic, display, search, and video) alongside specialist teams.
  • Ideally worked in a B2B agency or Integrated agency / interest in B2B accounts
  • A proactive mindset – comfortable driving new ideas and more efficient processes.
  • Strong leadership skills – confident managing client relationships and internal teams.
  • Experience mentoring or line-managing at least one direct report.
  • Solutions-focused thinker with the ability to prioritise, troubleshoot, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail – committed to delivering excellence in every output.
