The Role:
Our client is a lovely, friendly, independent creative agency on lookout for an Account Executive to join a warm, tight-knit and dynamic team. This role is all about being the day-to-day point of contact for our clients, helping deliver brilliant work that excites, engages, and grows the business. You’ll be working closely with internal teams to make sure projects run smoothly from briefing through to delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across at least two client accounts (one of which is a fun FMCG brand), contributing to strategy, creative development, and overall account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with assigned clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and inspired.
- Support the Account Team in planning, briefing, and delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, and ATL channels.
- Help shape creative ideas and strategies, collaborating closely with our social, creative, and production teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
- Previous experience in an agency account management role at Account Executive level (ideally with exposure to social, digital, or ATL).
- Strong client management skills and confidence in presenting ideas and updates.
- Naturally friendly, collaborative and confident – someone clients and colleagues love working with.
- Curious, inquisitive, and always looking for ways to improve processes or generate creative ideas.
- Excellent organisation and time management – you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- A self-starter attitude with problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do approach.
