About the role
- Develop and lead data-driven performance marketing strategies
- Define the agency’s digital growth roadmap
- Full responsibility to scale a high-performing and digital marketing team
- Act as a strategic partner to clients and best digital practice
- Work cross-functionally with creative, social strategy, client services to deliver integrated data-backed campaigns
About you
- Proven experience in digital marketing (likely 8+ years and leadership)
- Worked in the EMEA region and agencyside experience
- Experience of Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads manager, performance tracking
- Ability to manage large budgets with ROI accountability
