You will leverage AI to reinvent marketing for some of the world biggest brands across automotive/ FMCG and fashion to name a few. Lots of project variety!

- Hybrid working- Central London office
- 3 month initial contract- likely to extend
- Day rate negotiable (experience dependant)
- Inside IR35
- Design, build and implement AI campaign modelling, campaign forecasting engines and make recommendations to drive media performance/ customer experience whilst optimising revenue
- Guide, mentor and lead a team of data scientists and support their career growth
- Manage multiple data science projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and clients are happy
- Analyse data, uncovering trends and providing vital insights to make a real impact on individual clients businesses
- Develop data solutions, tools, and prototypes that showcase our capabilities and empower clients with self-service frameworks
- Enjoys a fast paced environment
- Ideally a degree in in Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics etc
- Must have experience (and enjoy) using AI tools
- Experience in a marketing/ creative/ tech/ digital agency
- Must have experience in building machine learning models for tasks like recommendations, segmentation, forecasting, and optimising marketing spend.
- Python, SQL, Bash, and Git, as well as tools like Jupyter notebooks, Pandas, PyTorch
- Ideally management experience- depending on experience this role may either directly line manage or act as more of a ‘mentor’
- Great communication skills with an ability to translate complex analysis into tangible insights for clients to understand
