We’re looking for a strategic, visionary Editorial Director to lead the charge in delivering world-class medical content that informs, engages, and elevates global healthcare standards.
This is your opportunity to own and shape the editorial direction of a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation — leading a talented team, setting the content agenda, and being the editorial voice at the forefront of healthcare publishing.
In this role, you’ll:
- Set and drive a bold, innovative editorial strategy across all content formats
- Lead, mentor and inspire an ambitious editorial team
- Champion engaging, high-quality content that resonates with healthcare professionals
- Build meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders and clients
- Act as the editorial figurehead — from panels to webinars and beyond
- Drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement
- Proven leadership in editorial or publishing, ideally within healthcare or medical media
- Strong communication skills and executive presence — you're confident being the face of a brand
- A passion for content that makes a difference
- Curiosity, creativity, and a drive to innovate in how content is created and shared
- A self-motivated, proactive approach with exceptional organisational skills
