What You Might Work On
- Turning imaginative concepts into interactive prototypes, installations, or digital experiences that push creative boundaries.
- Exploring new creative technologies—such as Gen AI motion design, 3D environments, immersive storytelling, and generative tools—to inspire fresh approaches to client work.
- Partnering with designers, strategists, and creative leads to experiment with ideas and bring campaigns and experiences to life through code, visuals, and motion.
- Helping creative teams test and evolve ideas quickly, using technology as a storytelling tool.
- Contributing to R&D and innovation labs within agencies—sharing discoveries, developing tools, and exploring how creative technology can shape the next generation of brand experiences.
- A curious mind that loves experimenting with new digital tools and creative processes.
- Someone with both technical fluency and artistic intuition—you can code, design, animate, or prototype, and you enjoy working across disciplines.
- Experience in areas such as motion graphics, real-time engines, creative coding, or 3D design.
- A portfolio that shows you can bridge creativity and technology in fresh, expressive ways.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—you enjoy bringing ideas to life with others.
- Bonus points for experience in emerging tech such as AR/VR, AI-assisted design, or generative art.
