The role:
- Running the finance department, responsible for the financial health of the agencies global operations
- Ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
- Work closely with the CEO and CFO, Partnering with key stakeholders and heads of departments
- Global Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that support company growth and profitability across international markets.
- Commercial Performance & Analysis: Analyse commercial performance and provide insights into revenue growth, cost management, and profitability.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with regional leaders to guide financial decision-making and drive profitability across departments.
- Revenue Recognition & Contract Management: Oversee revenue recognition processes and ensure contracts align with financial and business goals.
- Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a global finance team, promoting best practices and financial excellence across regions.
The person:
- Fully qualified ( ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
- Must have experience in a marketing, creative, design, branding agency etc-ideally experiential
- Must have management experience
- Detail orientated
- Naturally socially and work collaboratively with other departments
