This position combines oversight of established global accounts with involvement in new business activity. The successful candidate will balance creative excellence, commercial delivery, and strong client relationships, while building, guiding and motivating a large account team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct large-scale, integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social, and innovation.
- Lead and mentor a large team, supporting professional growth and collaboration.
- Act as the senior contact for clients, ensuring trust, delivery, and strategic alignment.
- Play an active role in business development and competitive pitches.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resources to safeguard profitability.
- Brings proven experience delivering complex, production-heavy campaigns with a global remit
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to nurture talent.
- Highly strategic, financially astute, and confident presenting at senior level.
