Awards Manager / Creative agency / London (Hybrid)
Really exciting opportunity for this highly in demand awards manager role. Working with the EMEA Creative Excellence Manager to lead the office's award show efforts. It includes collecting materials, submitting entries, and keeping track of deadlines. The role also involves updating project documents and staying informed about current campaign launches.
About the role
- Lead the calendar of award shows, deadlines and requests
- Manage and allocate awards and case study budget
- Deliver and and project manage awards entries including the delivery of case study films
- Liasing with a cross section of teams on all aspects of awards
- Lead the awards data bank with details including shortlists etc
About you
- Ideally you are working in a similar role within an agency
- Super organised and ahead of deadlines
- Strong PM skills / this is super important
- Strong admin skills, excel, powerpoint / keynote etc
- Abilty to implement processes and systems
