Ready to join a dynamic team where you will act as the link between client and agency. You are likely in a similar role as AD in an agency and could be looking to step up into your next role as an SAD or an SAD ready to make a move. The role is a very consultative one and needs someone who can look at the bigger picture with a strategic approach. As a senior leader within the CS team the AD is instrumental in building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key clients. The role will involve exanding existing clients.
About the role
- Commercial lead for key accounts where driving profitability is key and sustainable growth
- Ability to cross sell existing clients / large part of the role
- Lead client communications including campaign strategy
- Represent the agency in new business pitches / experience in this is beneficial
- Ensure delivery of projects on time
About you
- Ideally 7+ years in a client services ideally within a digital, creative or marketing agency setting
- Knowledge of B2B, ABM and integrated campaign planning
- Super attention to detail with strong PM capabilities
- Currently in a role where you are commercially responsible
