You will be the main day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring smooth delivery of multi-channel campaigns. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and a mix of creative and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital and creative campaigns across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams including creatives, developers, and strategists.
- Lead planning, resource coordination, and timeline management.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Input into strategy and help shape campaign development.
- Proven experience managing fast-paced and high-volume campaigns
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Skilled in briefing creative teams and overseeing production.
- Confident, proactive communicator with good problem-solving instincts.
- Some familiarity with HTML emails and/or CRM platforms is a plus.
