Summary:

Account Director opening at a small, independent and employee-owned agency who specialise in brand experience.

You will be joining a close-knit but ambitious team at an employee-owned agency where you will play a key role in decision making and have a say in shaping the company. 

The day to day:
  • Manage and grow relationships across big blue chip clients, delivering event and experiential workstreams
  • Translate client goals into well-defined scopes, creative briefs, and measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Drive project delivery across large-scale events, conferences, launches, activations etc
  • Identify growth opportunities and support new business through pitches and proposals
  • Lead presentations and workshops with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight
  • Maintain high-quality standards, attention to detail, and clear communications across all touchpoints
  • Support commercial operations including forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation
About You:
  • Solid agency-side experience in brand experience events or experiential marketing
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident in fast-paced environments
  • Passionate about creativity and building meaningful brand experiences
  • Comfortable in a hybrid working model based in Surrey, regular in-office collaboration required
