This is a client-facing, commercially driven role with a focus on nurturing existing accounts and contributing to new business efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead client relationships, ensuring high standards of delivery across projects
- Translate client goals into actionable briefs and oversee end-to-end execution
- Manage account finances, including budgets, estimates, and invoicing
- Collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership to deliver strategic and creative solutions
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support in winning new business
- Contribute to proposals, pitch development, and commercial planning
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in branding and experience design, ideally in retail, hospitality and/or live physical environments
- Skilled in both interior and brand design workflows
- Strong grasp of strategy-to-execution processes
- Excellent project and team management abilities
- Commercially minded with a track record of growing client relationship
- Confident communicator, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders
- A team player with emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a passion for quality
- Experience in digital and implementation is a plus
