What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and delivery, shaping how brands come to life and guiding teams to create meaningful, experience-led design.
Your responsibilities will include:
- 70% design leadership and creative delivery
- 30% team management and organisation
- Translating client briefs into clear design approaches, strategies and project plans
- Developing compelling design solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Creating storyboards and leading presentations that communicate vision and narrative across disciplines
- Inspiring clients and demonstrating how design can drive commercial impact
- Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with clarity and confidence
- Leading, motivating and mentoring both in-house and freelance teams
- Collaborating with partner agencies, suppliers and contractors
- Reporting on progress, challenges and future needs to senior stakeholders
